Carman Creek has a 9-hole Executive Golf course, driving range within the city limits of New Brunswick’s Capital City, Fredericton, directly adjacent to the Ramada Hotel. At Carman Creek we take great pride in the warm, friendly, and relaxed golf atmosphere that our customers and employees have created. Every new strategy, idea or service that we strive to implement at Carman Creek can be described by one word, “FUN”. We are looking for a golf professional that is self motivated, organized, creative, energetic and can work with customers of all ages. The individual will be expected to take over a very busy selection of well established, golf instructional programs, develop new programs and clinics and operate them efficiently with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
This is an incredible opportunity for a golf professional that thrives on learning and to be accountable for all educational operations of a customer service focused golf learning facility. Compensation for this position will be very generous for the right individual that contributes to success.
- Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the highest standards in the following aspects of a golf operation:
o Take over numerous well established successful golf programs
o Develop and operate golf clinics
o Provide golf instruction for all ages
o Administer a Junior Golf Program
o Assist in the development of promotional golf events
• Implement all policies and plans established by the owner
• Assist in Marketing and Promotion of the Golf Club
• Assist in Marketing and Promotion of Corporate Events

Required Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to provide excellence in customer service
• Strong communications skills
• Strong leadership and promotional skills required to promote the entire facility and work with a customer service oriented team.
Desired Qualifications
• Public golf course experience would be an asset.
• Marketing and business experience would be an asset.
• Class ‘A’ Member in good standing with the Canadian PGA would be an asset
