Our lounge features TrackMan iOS-powered simulators, a modern and social atmosphere, and a commitment to making golf fun and accessible for everyone. We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Golf Instructors to join our teaching team. Instructors will provide lessons using our TrackMan technology, helping golfers of all skill levels improve their game.
You bring the teaching expertise, and we’ll provide the platform, promotion, and technology to help you grow your lesson base.
- Responsibilities
-
- Deliver private and group lessons using TrackMan iOS simulators.
- Teach golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and game strategy.
- Analyze and explain TrackMan data (club path, ball speed, launch angle, spin, etc.) to guide player improvement.
- Adapt teaching to suit beginner through advanced players.
- Create a fun, professional, and memorable learning experience.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada membership, teaching certification, or proven experience as a golf instructor.
- Strong knowledge of swing mechanics and golf fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with simulator technology (TrackMan training provided if needed).
- Available to teach evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation & Support Model:
- Bay rentals: $50/hr Monday-Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday 9am-4pm paid directly to Happy Gilmore Golf Lounge.
- Instructor lesson rates: Students pay online through our booking system at www.happygilmore.golf or directly to instructors.
- We advertise our instructors on our website and social media, helping promote your services and connect you with students.
- Our lounge actively markets and books lessons so you can focus on teaching, not recruiting.
Instructor Pay Tiers – Based on Qualifications:
- $120 minus $50 bay fee = $70/hr – Amateur / Entry-Level Instructors: Strong amateur playing background, some coaching/teaching experience, beginner-focused, basic TrackMan comfort.
- $140minus $50 bay fee = $90/hr – Certified Instructors: PGA of Canada Apprentice or Class “A”, 2+ years of experience, TrackMan lesson structure, strong with beginners and intermediates.
- $160 minus $50 bay fee = $110/hr – Advanced Coaches: PGA of Canada Class “A” with specialization (junior coaching, biomechanics, club fitting), 3+ years of experience, proven player improvement using TrackMan, reputation with intermediate/competitive amateurs.
- $180 minus $50 bay fee = $130/hr– Elite Performance Instructors: PGA of Canada Class “A” with elite certifications, 5+ years experience, tour-level or high-performance playing background, deep TrackMan analytics expertise, works with competitive juniors, collegiate players, or professionals.
