- Job Summary
- Next Golf is seeking the services of passionate PGA of Canada Teaching Professionals to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. As a 24/7 facility we have a huge volume of traffic from golfers at all levels and constant coaching inquiries from potential students. For instructors, we offer flexible hours, massive database of clientele, coaching promotion and development program and multiple student recruiting programs.
- Responsibilities

- Taking an active role in generating demand for lessons
- Participate in multiple student recruiting programs (clinic, swing analysis...etc)
- Use professional judgment to recommend lesson packages to clients
- Schedule lessons with clients and provide coaching service for clients of all abilities
- Plan and create social media content for drills and tips to promote coaching service
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Qualifications
-
- PGA of Canada member in good standing.
- PGA of Specialization in Teaching, strongly preferred.
- Proficient with golf technologies (video analysis, launch monitors and others).
- Passionate, approachable, educational, and encouraging.
- Strong communications skills.
- Desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Custom club fitting experience is considered an asset.
- Compensation

- High percentage on teaching revenue share
- Commissions for junior camps, clinic, swing analysis, and club fitting,
- Top coaches teach 40-60hrs per week at Next Golf
