The Club Laval-sur-le-Lac is looking for a teaching professional for the 2026 season.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in the Club's mission to promote the development of golf at all levels, in a professional, stimulating, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in teaching programs (clinics for spouses, themed programs, junior programs, training sessions, etc.);

• Participate in teaching the junior program as a whole: summer camps, development programs, competitive component, and follow-up with parents;

• Collaborate in certain member tournaments, when required;

• Offer private lessons to members and manage availability in the reservation software;

• Play with members when your schedule allows.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the PGA of Canada (or equivalent);

• Proven experience in golf instruction and educational communication;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;

• Initiative, organizational skills, and autonomy;

• Knowledge of teaching technology tools an asset (TrackMan, CoachNow, Operation 36 / Golf Genius, etc.);

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Compensation
  • Income from teaching programs: $5,000 to $10,000
  • Potential income from private teaching and program surpluses: $20,000 to $70,000 depending on commitment and involvement
