GreenTee Golf Academy operates in Westwood Plateau and Langley, offering a complete range of golf instruction for juniors and adults alike. Our team of PGA of Canada Professionals provides personalized coaching through signature programs such as the Junior GT4K ProgramPrivate Lesson PackagesGroup Lessons, and Ladies Only Golf.

At Westwood Plateau, our outdoor and indoor facilities offer everything from championship and executive courses to short-game areas and simulators for year-round learning. Our Langley location provides a welcoming practice environment focused on skill development and community,  the perfect place for golfers to grow in both confidence and connection to the game.

Job Summary
The Greentee Golf Academy is seeking a motivated and professional PGA of Canada Teaching Professional to join our coaching team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about player development, enjoys working in a collaborative academy environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality coaching experiences for golfers of all ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver private, semi-private, and group coaching sessions
  • Support junior and adult programming aligned with LTAD and academy standards
  • Maintain consistent communication with students and parents
  • Assist in program planning, member events, and seasonal initiatives
  • Represent the academy with professionalism and adherence to PGA of Canada standards
  • Utilize academy systems for scheduling, billing, and communication
Qualifications
  • Current PGA of Canada member in good standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coaching juniors and adults
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Familiarity with technology-based teaching tools (preferred)
Compensation

Contract Details

  • Independent contractor position
  • Competitive revenue share: Initially 70/30 split then move to 80/20. (Current Lesson retail rates can be viewed here)
  • Equipment sales: 5% of all custom club sales.
  • Potentially dues paid after first year of employment and staff package options.
