• Advise players on the ideal equipment
• Recommend clubs, bags, clothing, and accessories suited to each profile
• Stay up to date on new golf technologies and innovations
• Participate in product selection and the strategic development of the pro shop
• Manage purchases, sales, and inventory
• Ensure tournaments and events run smoothly
• Offer lessons, clinics, and strategic advice
