Job Summary
Elbow Springs Golf Club is a 27-hole semi-private golf club located just west of Calgary. We are seeking an Outside Services Manager for the 2026 season. This position requires a detailed, organized individual that is able to prioritize tasks and motivate the staff around them. Past experience with scheduling, training and managing staff is considered an asset. PGA of Canada membership is not required for this position but special consideration will be given to PGA members in good standing. Year round employment is a possibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the outside service areas and its employees.
  • Ensure all outside service areas remain organized, clean, and tidy.
  • Meet the needs of our members and guests in areas including, but not limited to, club storage/cleaning, preparation/cleaning of power carts, driving range & practice facility preparation as well as assisting in executing member and corporate events.
  • Assist in hiring, direction, scheduling, and motivating a customer service-oriented team which includes Back Shop, Starters and Marshals.
  • Assist in the implementation of and running of the Junior lesson program.
  • Reports to Head Professional
Qualifications
  • A detailed, organized individual that is able to prioritize tasks and motivate the staff around them.
  • Past experience with scheduling, training and managing staff is considered an asset.
Compensation
  • $3500-$4000/month depending on experience
  • 90% of lesson revenue (If PGA of Canada Member in good standing)
