- Job Summary
- Golf Vault seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail management, a passion for golf, and the ability to drive sales while creating an engaging and customer-focused store environment. Management of the warehouse and shipping department is also a key part of this role.
- Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Custom fitting studio and warehouse
- Ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to maximize product appeal and availability
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, enhance customer loyalty, and expand market reach
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales reporting, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Opening and closing duties including cash handling
- Qualifications

- Experience in retail and custom fitting
- Highly proficient with computers, software and golf tech
- Strong leadership, management and team development skills
- A proven track record of driving sales growth Inventory management experience
- Willing to re-locate to Orlando
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
- Compensation
- $60,000 - 80,000 USD yearly
