You'll bring your on-course experience indoors - running TrackMan bays, working with members on their game, and helping create the welcoming, high-energy atmosphere Midtown Golf is known for. Whether you're a seasonal course employee, an aspiring PGA professional, or someone looking to stay close to the game through the winter, this role keeps you in golf year-round.
PGA of Canada Apprentice Professionals are especially encouraged to apply - this role offers genuine teaching opportunities and hands-on mentorship from our team as you work toward your designation.
- Responsibilities

- Greet and check in members and guests; get them set up on TrackMan bays
- Provide basic simulator instruction and troubleshoot minor tech issues
- Take food, drink, and bar orders; deliver friendly, attentive lounge service
- Keep bays, lounge, billiards area, and event space clean and organized Support league nights, tournaments, and private events (setup, hosting, teardown)
- Process POS transactions, bookings, and member inquiries
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory
- Uphold facility standards for guest experience, safety, and presentation Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Qualifications

- Golf experience required - course, club, or pro shop background strongly preferred PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional status a strong asset
- Interest in teaching/coaching; open to mentorship as you work toward certification
- Outgoing and comfortable engaging with members and guests
- Reliable and available for flexible evening/weekend shifts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hospitality-style environment
- Basic comfort with technology (POS systems, simulator software) Smart Serve certified, or willing to obtain before start date
- Compensation
- $17.20-$22.00 per hour
