Pro Golf Liquidators (PGL) is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Store Front/Inventory Manager to join our team on a full-time, year-round basis.

This is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the store while ensuring inventory is accurately received, organized, merchandised, tracked, and maintained. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping drive sales and operational efficiency.

PGL is looking at expanding into online sales, preference will be given to any applicant with online store creation and implementation experience

Responsibilities

Store Front Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the retail floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers with golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise.
  • Oversee store presentation, merchandising, displays, and cleanliness.
  • Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
  • Help develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee receiving, processing, tagging, stocking, and organization of inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and product records.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify products requiring replenishment.
  • Organize back-stock and ensure merchandise is easily accessible.
  • Identify discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or inventory issues and report them appropriately.
  • Assist with purchasing requests, product transfers, and inventory movement between locations when required.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Provide direction and support to front-of-house staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and daily task management.
  • Train employees on customer service, product knowledge, POS procedures, and store standards.
  • Help establish and maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Work closely with Golf Sudbury management to achieve sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail, golf retail, inventory, or management experience.
  • Online store creation and management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently while also leading a team.
  • A professional, positive, and approachable personality.
  • Strong computer and point-of-sale skills.
  • The ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
  • A strong understanding of golf and golf equipment is considered a significant asset.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak golf season.
Compensation
$60,000 yearly
