We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to help us grow the Vice Golf line, and/or Roboranger’s presence across Canada (as well as other exclusive products). You will serve as the main point of contact for golf course clients, managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to account management—while maintaining consistent, professional communication with our internal team. You will be responsible for coordinating & inputting orders, and resolving client needs, all while collaborating closely with operations and fulfillment to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the expansion of our Robotic Range Picker (Roboranger) business in new markets by identifying new prospects, scheduling product demos, and working with our technical team to tailor solutions that fit each course’s needs.
- Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting
Proactively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, social outreach and online research.
Building Relationships
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with both new and existing customers. This includes the opportunity to participate in local tradeshows.
Product Presentations and Demonstrations
Communicate the value of our products through compelling presentations and on-site demonstrations.
Negotiating and Closing Deals
Finalize pricing and terms, and execute sales contracts with professionalism.
Meeting Sales Targets
Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals, while tracking and reporting performance regularly.
Customer Service and Support
Handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and communication across departments.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Member in Good Standing (or actively pursuing membership)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented. Computer literacy is crucial
- Valid Class G driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasionally on weekends
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Vice Products Salary/Pay Structure: Estimated commission of 20k-30k
Roboranger Products Salary/Pay Structure: A representative in this role can typically expect to earn between $20,000 and $65,000 annually, with significantly higher earning potential for those who perform exceptionally well.
