Golf Simulator Product Specialist: Par2Pro - Edmonton, AB

For over 15 years we have been custom designing and selling fully built out residential and commercial grade golf simulator and analyzer systems. We also provide customers the option to pick and choose components so they can DIY, upgrade, or get started with the basics! You will get to work in a fun, fast-paced environment while performing a variety of tasks to assist with the administrative, operational, and developmental aspects of the business.

Job Summary

Shift: 8-hours

Responsibilities

Some of your duties include, but are not limited to:

Learning

• Constantly learning about the products in depth.

• Reading websites, reviews, manuals, watching YouTube videos.

• Playing golf using the products to experience them first-hand in our in-house showrooms.

Assisting Clients with Product Questions & Placing Orders

• Discussing product details with clients both verbally and electronically to help educate them.

• Participating in our Informational YouTube videos on and off-screen.

• Organizing the customer's needs and putting together an order.

Data Entry / Paperwork

• Accurate QuickBooks Enterprise data entry for client quotes.

• Editing dimensions on client layouts.

Administration

• Electronically filing documents, proofing order documents, some other general administrative duties.

General Duties

• There will be other general duties asked of you to assist the team. Should you be uncomfortable with any of the requests, you have the right to approach the Owner or Office Manager to discuss alternate options.

Qualifications

What is expected of you: You will be required to use QuickBooks and a Windows computer efficiently. You must have reliable transportation to and from our office. You should represent yourself professionally with proper hygiene and attire. We have a great Team Environment here where we all work to provide the customer with the best experience while we maintain a fun, friendly place to come to every weekday. Respect, Trust, and Communication are always mutual. This position CAN be seasonal - since it is slower in the summer, there is an opportunity for time off then.

Experience:

• Golf Industry: 3 years (preferred)

• Client Service: 3 years (preferred)

Compensation
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
