- Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a full-time PGA Professional or Pro-Shop Manager for the 2023 season. The successful candidate will have a proven record of management in golf management or the equivalent.
- Responsibilities
-
• Lead the golf course pro shop
• Maximize tee times to ensure continued profitability
• Be the face of the golf
• Develop and be guided by a budget
• Provide leadership for securing and organizing tournaments
• Maximize profitability of pro shop assets
• Provide a liaison between the pro shop with the restaurant and Course Superintendent.
• Provide opportunities for player development
• Report monthly to a Board of Directors
- Qualifications
- Will have a proven record of management in golf management or the equivalent.
- Compensation
- Annual Salary $55,000 to $60,000 (subject to qualifications and training)
