Job Summary
Seeking a professional, organized, passionate, self starter and team player to spearhead our events team for the upcoming 2024 event season. This position lends itself well to an individual who is tech savvy, confident in sales and creating/fostering connections in the industry.
Responsibilities
  •  Primary contact of clientele regarding upcoming and potential events
  •  Control event booking schedule
  •  Manage a team of 4-12 individuals during peak season
  •  Planning logistics and personnel allocation for upcoming events
  •  Introduce standardized process for events, including verbiage, marketing material, day of communication, operations etc.
  •  Responsible for training staff on new procedures
  •  Quality control of event materials
Qualifications
  •  2+ years Event management experience (Golf Preferred but not limited to)
  •  Strong knowledge of the golf industry and event execution.
  •  Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  •  Computer literacy is essential
Compensation

5 day work weeks Monday to Friday

  •  Comparable to an Associate Golf Professional in the Industry
  •  No weekends
