We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage our landscaping and garden maintenance operations at Rotary Links Golf Course in Fort McMurray.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining the overall quality of our landscapes.
- Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support
- Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including garden design, installation, and maintenance
- Oversee the irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and maintenance
- Monitor the health and condition of plants, trees, and shrubs, implementing necessary care and maintenance procedures
- Manage the use of equipment and materials, ensuring their proper maintenance and storage
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of work completed, including project details, expenses, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers
- Extensive knowledge of garden design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in building and maintaining landscapes, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching
- Experience in supervising landscape maintenance activities
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Compensation
- Salary/Compensation: $9,500 to $11,000 per month
