- Job Summary
- Coyote Creek Golf & RV Resort located in Sundre, Alberta is currently seeking to fill the position of Food & Beverage and Event Manager.
- Responsibilities
-
- Responsible for supervision and management of the food & beverage operation. Including:
- Food & Liquor costs, Budgeting, Training and maintaining a high standard of food quality & exceptional service, along with safe handling of food supplies.
- Cleanliness of preparation area, serving and seating & washroom facilities
- Responsible for setting menu & pricing based on food costs.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate food & beverage inventories including groceries, liquor & cleaning supplies
- To work directly with the Director of Golf to hire and schedule staff members to service the food & beverage area in compliance with the budget
- Report directly to the Director of Golf and General Manager.
- Make sure employees abide by employee & safety manual, and all O.H.S Regulations.
- Work with the General Manager
- Responsible for managing on course beverage carts
- Responsible for managing Snack Shack
- Must be able to prepare buffet-style meals for up to 180 people for tournaments, functions and weddings etc.
- Qualifications
-
- Proven work experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Proficiency in multiple task management
- Experience in managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling costs
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial target

Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Pay Range: $4,500.00- $5,200.00/ monthly
