- Responsibilities

- Be responsible for ALL share sales.
- Serve as the primary contact for members, connecting with them in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Promote the Club course culture, services, and benefits of private club membership to all prospective and current members and guests.
- Network as an Ambassador of the Club to generate interest in the club and develop potential leads.
- Provide an exceptional on-boarding program for all new members.
- Oversee member communications and new member marketing initiatives, including weekly/monthly communications.
- Implement and provide input into marketing/advertising and any related materials that showcase the Club and promote the value of being a private club member at CHGC.
- Assist in the preparation of all Board Meeting documentation, AGM, and special meetings. Support the GM/COO and management team in achieving the Club's strategic objectives.
- Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a private club, sports facility, or hospitality organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to assist in creating compelling content for various channels.
- Experience in brand development and management, including maintaining brand consistency across all communications.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- A willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Northstar experience considered an asset CMAC association considered an asset
- PGA of Canada association considered an asset
- Compensation
- We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $75k to $90K
