Job Summary
  • Lead the clubs department by creating a high-performance selling culture.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store-wide service as Manager on Duty.
  • Oversee staffing, coaching, product training, and day-to-day operations.
  • Execute merchandising standards, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure timely product flow.
  • Perform professional club fittings using launch monitor technology; complete regripping, reshafting, and adjustments to Golf Town standards.
  • Protect company assets through proper compliance, audits, and operational controls.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance development for your team.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate the Clubs team.
  • Act as Manager on Duty to oversee store operations when required.
  • Execute merchandising standards and ensure accurate pricing and product flow.
  • Perform professional club fittings using launch monitor technology.
  • Complete regripping, reshafting, adjustments, and club repairs.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, training programs, and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance development for staff.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
  • Certified club fitter with strong club-fitting and golf equipment expertise (3–5 years).
  • Pro-shop or repair experience (regripping/reshafting) is an asset.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and people-leadership skills.
  • Passion for golf and for helping players improve.
  • Organized, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 per year
