- Job Summary
- We are seeking a positive, motivated team player to assist our electric cart division (Caerus Brands Inc.) with customer service duties and maintenance/repair of electric walk-behind golf carts.
- Responsibilities
-
- Provide inside sales and customer support related our electric golf cart range.
- Answer questions clients and/or end users regarding products
- Input orders into ERP system
- Diagnose performance issues over the phone and/or in-person
- Disassemble, inspect, test and repair electric carts returned for service
- Assist with receiving of product during busy periods
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Qualifications
-
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
- College Diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with a PC; Microsoft Office experience an asset.
- Golf industry knowledge and experience an asset.
- Basic tool knowledge and simple assembly/repair preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience
- Minimum lift requirement of 40lbs.
