Job Summary
Modern Golf is looking for a vibrant person to join our team. New positions have opened up at our location in Toronto, ON, which need to be filled ASAP. We are looking for someone to ensure all clients receive the service and experience that separates Modern Golf from its competitors.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Investigate customer issues
  • Provide Lead-time information, and order status to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and vendors.
  • Communicating with clients through phone and email regarding appointments, in store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-ups Inform customers of back-orders/late shipments.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the retail shop
  • Resolve customer service issues and partner with upper management on issues outside of guidelines
  • Perform floor replenishment of merchandise, visual merchandising, price changes, and relates sales support tasks
  • Participating in inventory control
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Golf Product Knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Hard working and dedicated to task at hand
  • Friendly and respectful
  • $42,000/year
