Professional Job Description:
• Lead the Customer Care team so that our clients have a positive booking and golf experience
• Alongside other team members help expand to other future markets
• Alongside Jeff work to formulate, strategize, and improve our business model
• 100% remote work with future travel opportunities
• Flexible work hours with a commitment to overall customer satisfaction
• Must be connected and available throughout the week and part-time weekend work
• Online tee time bookings are 24/7 - 7 days a week with expectations for a commitment to our customers' concerns
• Responsibilities will be shared with Jeff as agreed upon
• Reports to - Jeff Sveen
- Qualifications

• PGA of Canada Member or past member preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience within PGA of Canada or Post Secondary Education
- Compensation
- $25K to $30K
