- Job Summary
- We are looking for dedicated club-fitting master willing to split their work week into a combination of club-fitting services and golf shop management. The candidate will do club-fitting, club repairs, inventory control and management, and merchandise sales.
- Responsibilities

- Custom fitting service
- Club assembles & repairs
- Day-to-day operations of the GM Center, checking in of customers, ensuring high levels of service
- Merchandising and general upkeep of the GM Center
- Inventory purchase and control - Merchandise sales and order
- Report to the General Manager
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Maintain a well-respected and professional image within the club, industry and the community
- Proficient in using computer and related programs
- Qualifications

- Club-fitting certificate with a minimum of three years of experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- Outgoing and energetic personality and willingness to grow as a professional
- Working knowledge of Trackman and club-fitting equipment
- Compensation
-
- $23-25 / hour
- 5% commission from club sales, 10% commission from shaft and grip sales
