- The Board of Directors is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be overseeing a comprehensive operating and capital budget, a membership base of approximately 1550, and around 220 non-unionized staff during the peak season.

The CEO will be an empowering, engaged, visible and collaborative leader with strong financial and business acumen.
The CEO will foster and execute a vision to help the Club evolve with the changing needs of the membership without losing the essence of what makes the Club a very special place.

As an ideal candidate, you have a track record of success as a highly successful, customer-centric, and business-savvy leader in the hospitality/club world.
You understand governance and can support their Board of Directors in driving forward on strategic endeavours.
