- Responsibilities

- Processes daily cash reconciliations and deposits
- Maintain the GL by recording journal entries pertaining to Accounts Payables and Receivables and making adjustments when necessary.
- Process monthly preauthorization payments
- Process scheduled payments related to the aged A/R Audits and pays all invoices
- Reconcile month end bank statements
- Reconcile the Petty Cash fund
- Maintains an accurate and orderly filing system
- Responsible for maintaining on a regular basis payroll requirements
- Responsible for processing memberships and answering inquiries
- Maintain the member registry
- Prepares HST returns
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to the legislation set out by Occupational Health and Safety Assist with other duties as required
- Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Compensation
- From $42,000.00 per year
