- Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team on the full time permanent basis as an Assistant Club Fitter/Assistant Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Trackman technology to fit individuals for equipment tailored to their game while also overseeing the daily operations of our indoor golf facility.
- Responsibilities

Club Fitting:
• Utilize Trackman technology to accurately fit individuals for golf equipment.
• Maintain competency with computers and Trackman technology.
• Assist in inventory management of golf equipment and supplies.
• Club repair and building opportunities exist.
Golf Operations:
• Oversee the daily functioning of the indoor golf facility.
• Provide strong leadership to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate effective communication and time management skills.
Customer Service:
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of customer interactions.
- Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn Trackman technology.
• Previous experience in club fitting is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Valid ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• PGA of Canada membership is an asset.
• Attention to detail to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
• Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
• Strong work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail

- $3,500 to $4,000 plus gratuities
