The Head Golf Professional, reporting to the Director of Operations, is responsible for all golf related aspects at Fairwinds Golf Club. You will be an experienced Manager looking after the people who report to you. You will provide excellent leadership and
training ensuring all members of the team provide memorable customer service experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to grow the operations of Fairwinds Golf Club.You will be financially accountable for all areas of golf operations working within the approved budget. This includes increasing sales and growing overall revenues. You will provide input into capital projects that improve products and experiences.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the team and customers alike. You will be expected to represent Fairwinds at community and industry events and your professionalism will be on display at all times.

- Compensation for this position will range from $65,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience and will include an attractive benefits package plus some moving expenses over and above the base salary.
