Job Summary

As Head Golf Professional, you will have real control over golf operations, including:

  • Golf operations and programming
  • Staff hiring, training, and leadership
  • Lesson programs (100% of lesson revenue retained)
  • Input into capital improvements
  • Customer experience and culture-building
  • Direct reporting relationship with ownership

This is a leadership role — not a babysitting role.

Responsibilities

Year Two and Beyond:

  • Expanded authority over Golf, RV, Food & Beverage coordination, and marketing
  • Increased strategic input
  • Measurable KPIs tied to rounds growth and revenue
  • Clear transition toward Director of Golf responsibilities by 2027

Compensation
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000
