As Head Golf Professional, you will have real control over golf operations, including:
- Golf operations and programming
- Staff hiring, training, and leadership
- Lesson programs (100% of lesson revenue retained)
- Input into capital improvements
- Customer experience and culture-building
- Direct reporting relationship with ownership
This is a leadership role — not a babysitting role.

- Expanded authority over Golf, RV, Food & Beverage coordination, and marketing
- Increased strategic input
- Measurable KPIs tied to rounds growth and revenue
- Clear transition toward Director of Golf responsibilities by 2027
