- Job Summary
- We are seeking an energetic, service-driven, and hands-on Head Golf Professional to lead daily golf operations. The successful candidate will be highly visible, member-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service while working alongside the team in all areas of the operation.
- Responsibilities
-
- Lead and manage all golf operations including the pro shop, practice facility, teaching programs, leagues, and tournaments.
- Work scheduled pro shop shifts and complete administrative duties as required.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Associates, Assistants, Starters, and Pro Shop staff while working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistent service standards and smooth daily operations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and mentor staff through hands-on leadership.
- Direct member events, corporate outings, and charity tournaments.
- Oversee retail operations including merchandising, inventory control, and profitability.
- Manage and monitor the golf operations budget and key performance metrics.
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence, leading by example in a very hands-on capacity.
- Collaborate with ownership, management, and club committees to ensure strong communication and execution.
- Promote a safe and professional workplace environment.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as required.
- Qualifications

- Experience as a Head or Associate Professional preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a team-first mentality.
- Service-oriented with a passion for member and guest satisfaction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and business-minded.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage retail and operational budgets.

- $2,200 – $2,400 Bi-Weekly
