Job Summary

We are seeking an avid golfer with a passion for sales and deep knowledge of British Columbia’s premier golf courses to join our BC Golf Safaris team as a Golf Vacation Sales Agent. In this remote, full-time, year-round role, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable golf vacations to some of BC’s most iconic destinations.

This position is ideal for someone who lives and breathes golf, understands what golfers are looking for in a great trip, and thrives in a sales-driven, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sell customized golf vacation packages to individual golfers and groups
  • Consult with clients to understand their golf preferences, travel needs, and budgets
  • Provide expert recommendations on top British Columbia golf courses and destinations
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems
  • Build strong relationships with new and repeat clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Work collaboratively with a remote team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up to date on golf courses, resorts, seasonal offerings, and promotions
Qualifications
  • Avid golfer with extensive knowledge of British Columbia’s top golf courses
  • Proven sales experience (travel, hospitality, or inside sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely from home in a structured, goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
Compensation
  • Competitive compensation – starting salary of $70,000 - with opportunities for sales target bonuses
