Silver Springs is ideally situated on an expansive, 300-acre property in north-west Calgary, only minutes from the downtown core. Silver Springs is a tree lined par 72 golf course that winds through coulees and plateaus with 5 sets of tees ranging from 4500 to 7000 yards. Our location makes it convenient for our members to participate in golf and social experiences and feel a true sense of belonging. - Job Summary
- The Club is seeking a professional who is high energy and high efficiency, who currently attains the next level of customer service and desire to help us grow our vision of operational excellence. A large focus in year one will be understanding our club, being hands on with all leagues with a primary focus on assisting our Manager of Player Development with the Junior Program. The candidate will possess good time management, having the ability to balance the heavy demands of the club and personal life. Strong business skills, leadership skills and organization are at a premium to be a team member of the Silver Springs Professional staff.

- Qualifications

- Member of the PGA of Canada in good standing.
- Golf Genius & Jonas skills are considered an asset.
- Possess strong communication skills to be executed with members, volunteers, and other employees at the club.
- An understanding of an equity club operation and culture.
- Compensation
- Salary of $3,800.00/Month in a 10-month position. March 1st to December 31st, 2026.
