- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required for Workpass Application
- Recognized golf coaching qualification or professional golf certification (e.g., PGA) is preferred.
- Previous experience providing golf instruction, coaching, training, or player development to children and/or adults.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective one-to-one and small-group coaching tailored to individual customer needs and abilities.
- Strong understanding of golf fundamentals, player development, and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Experience developing individualized goals, training plans, and development strategies for golfers.
- Experience working with junior golfers and/or supporting junior golf programs is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive and trusting relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, emotional maturity, and the ability to understand and respond appropriately to different learning styles and individual challenges.
- Ability to motivate and encourage customers while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive coaching environment.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a coaching and performance team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and coaching responsibilities effectively.
- Genuine passion for golf, coaching, and helping children and adults achieve their personal and performance goals.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Ability to contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of Junior Program classes and activities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with developments in golf coaching, player development, and sports performance.
