- Canada Golf Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Coach to join our high-performance training environment. This role is ideal for a PGA professional who is committed to developing players of all levels—particularly juniors—through a structured, modern, and athlete-centered coaching approach. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional instruction, supporting competitive player pathways, and contributing to the continued growth of the academy.
- Responsibilities

- Conduct lessons for students of all ages and skill levels with a focus on juniors.
- Customize programs to meet students' needs.
- Plan tournament schedules.
- Provide on course training.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages growth and confidence.
- Collaborate with other coaches.
- Promote the academy through community and social media.
- Qualifications

- PGA member in good standing.
- Experience as a coach or instructor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Available to travel to the US for international junior tournaments with students.
- Compensation

- Private-Junior $80/hr. Adult $100/hr. (negotiable for experienced established instructor)
- Semi private-Junior $120/hr (primarily on course). Adult semi $150/hr.
- Estimated annual income 80K plus.
