- Job Summary
- The General Manager, reporting to the President of the Board of Directors of the Innisfail Golf Club (IGC) is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of all assets (golf, grounds, restaurant and banquets) and for executing the policies developed by the Board.
- Responsibilities
- The General Manager will lead and inspire the team members in all departments to deliver a positive experience and to achieve IGC’s financial goals. All Managers report to the General Manager.
- Qualifications
- We are looking for a General Manager who has a background in the hospitality industry with specific food, beverage and marketing experience, knowledge and leadership skills.
- Compensation
- Salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 plus incentives based on experience
