We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of club operations. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding member and guest experience while fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across golf, food & beverage, and special events
- Develop and execute revenue-generating programs and initiatives
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of department heads and staff
- Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets
- Act as a liaison with members, homeowners, and guests
- Promote the club’s presence and reputation within the local community
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role within hospitality
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Proven people management and team development skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Compensation
- $100,000–$120,000, based on experience
