General Manager: Midland Golf & Country Club

The Midland Golf & Country Club is a +100 year old, member-owned and focused, semi-private Club located in North Simcoe County. The Club currently operates seasonally (April to December) and is in the process of expanding its clubhouse facility to become year-round. The Club is seeking an experienced General Manager possessing a background in the hospitality industry. Proven management experience in an F&B setting, serving an established membership and guest base, would be an asset.

Job Summary
The General Manager of The Midland Golf & Country Club is responsible for all day-to-day operations while executing the Club’s goals and objectives. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM leads a diverse team to deliver an outstanding golf, social, and hospitality experience for members and their guests. The GM is expected to be a highly visible, approachable, and engaged leader who is present throughout the Club, fostering open communication, and building strong relationships with members, staff, and the Board.

Qualifications
To ensure success in this role, Midland Golf & Country Club seeks an individual with proven experience in hospitality and service. Expertise in golf club management, with an emphasis on golf course operations with a strong focus on food and beverage is preferred.
Compensation
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
