- Responsibilities
-
- Teach and promote our instruction programs at The Lake Joseph golf Club.
- Organize and co-ordinate golf camps/ clinic etc.
- Assist the Director of Golf with the development and improvement of teaching programs
- Provide and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences
- Shoulder season work within the Golf department
- Qualifications
-
- PGA of Canada member in good standing with the willingness to learn and grow as a Golf Professional
- Competent playing ability level
- Above average supervisory skills
- Club Fitting
- Experienced in teaching methodology and technological aids
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (correspondence, phone and presentation skills)
- Compensation

- This position is commission based with the candidate receiving up to 75 % of total teaching revenue (Based on experience)
- Shoulder season salary for Golf Shop to be negotiated (based on experience)
