Job Summary
While most of your time will be spent teaching private and group lessons out of the Deer Creek Performance Center, the successful candidate will also assist in the management and operations of camps and programs, as well as provide clients with any equipment fitting needs.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Instruction, the Coach & Teaching Professional is responsible for training and coaching golfers of all skill levels while supporting the Director of Instruction in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of training & coaching programs. The successful candidate will be able to coach and teach the game of golf at an exceptional level through utilizing accepted best practices within the industry.
Qualifications

Requirements:

• PGA of Canada Member in good standing

• Titleist Performance Institute Certified (If not already certified be willing to do so)

• Capable of using TrackMan & K-Vest for Swing Evaluations and Training

• Equipment Fitting & Sales Experience

• Effective communication skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Ability to effectively monitor, motivate and develop clients and staff

• May be required to work in an environment that includes such activities as bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. May need to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 30 lbs. frequently.
