The Titleist Golf Club Fitting Lead will be responsible for leading Titleist Canada’s club fitting initiatives including leadership of the Titleist Product Specialist team, Titleist Regional Fitting Centres, trade fitting network and management of all fitting tools and technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and shaping the golfer experience within the Titleist club fitting environment and ensure a best-in-class consumer experience for golfers that is in line with the Titleist brand promise. This role will report to the Titleist Club Product & Marketing Manager.
- Responsibilities

- Training, supervision and mentorship of Regional Fitting Specialists, Product Specialists and Club Technical Fitting Representatives
- Understand the needs of the Titleist golf club target audience to improve the in-field fitting experience for those golfers
- Understanding of industry fitting practices and trends
- Being at the forefront of product and technology trends, changes and new launches as the Titleist expert with regard to custom golf club fitting
- Defining and ultimately implementing any necessary changes required to improve and differentiate the Titleist fitting experience versus competitors within the Titleist brand framework
- Liaise with global golf club fitting & product teams for awareness of future developments, providing feedback on best practices and helping to shape and define an improved fitting experience for consumers
- Management of all fitting tool resources; technology and club tools to ensure the appropriate array of items for all channels and user groups
- Closely working with the Product and Customer Service Teams to ensure that any pertinent availability information is clearly communicated to all stake holders, both internal and external
- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience with golf club consumer fitting
- Able to work collaboratively in cross functional teams with strong project management and facilitation skills
- Experience with leading and training a team both in person and remotely
- Organized, detail oriented and results-driven
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and complete them on-time with a clear focus on quantitative results
- A willingness to be both strategic and tactical as needed
- Possess an advanced expertise and aptitude with technology including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Launch monitors, database programs
- The ideal candidate will be an accomplished dedicated golfer with a strong understanding of the golf swing and an affinity for the Acushnet brands
