- The Golf Performance Project (GPP) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Club Fitter & Club Technician to join our team in a full-time role starting in 2026. This position will play a key role in enhancing golfers' performance through expert club fitting and custom club building. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of top-tier professionals who are committed to mentoring, coaching, and guiding you to excel in your craft. - Responsibilities

- Conduct professional club fittings using advanced launch monitor technology to analyze and optimize equipment for individual golfers.
- Build and assemble custom-fit clubs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including sales consultations and recommendations tailored to clients needs.
- Maintain inventory, tools, and workspace in the Tour Shop to uphold operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, equipment innovations, and vendor technologies.
- Qualifications

- Vendor-issued certifications or accreditations in club fitting (e.g., from major brands like Titleist, Callaway, or Ping) are highly valued.
- Prior experience in club fitting and club building is a strong asset.
- Proven skills in sales and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and drive client satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for all aspects of golf.
- Solid understanding of launch monitor data and its application to equipment optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, such as attendance at golf-specific seminars, education summits, or higher education in related fields.
- Compensation
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from $3,360 to $4,000 (based on a 40-hour work week), commensurate with experience.
