- Responsibilities

Golf Operations & Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations of the Short Course, including tee sheet management, customer service, and staff coordination.
- Supervise and mentor golf operations staff, promoting a warm, positive and professional workplace culture.
- Maintain high standards of pro shop presentation, course marshal liaison, and ensure overall excellent guest experiences.
- Assist staff in tournament operations
Pro Shop & Retail Management
- Manage pro shop operations, including assisting in inventory selection, sales, and merchandising.
- Oversee equipment rentals and ensure all golf amenities are maintained to a high standard.
Administration
- Scheduling, payroll input, and operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all City of Edmonton safety protocols, policies, and industry best practices.
- Organize and run independent junior camps
- Qualifications

- Class “A” PGA of Canada Professional
- Proven experience in golf instruction, operations, and customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast, dynamic, guest-focused environment
- Knowledge of social media is an asset
- Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $4,500 – $5,000
