- This position focuses on developing underutilized accounts, acquiring new business, and assisting with the sales and service of designated house accounts. Operating primarily as an internally based role, the position also involves occasional external sales activities, such as delivering customer presentations at regional buying shows across North America.
- Responsibilities

- Pursuing assigned leads and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster retention and revenue growth within a defined portfolio.
- Supporting the Director of Sales and their sales team by executing strategies to achieve incremental sales growth in assigned territories.
- Drive incremental sales opportunities with accounts across North America
- Providing essential back-end sales and service support to North America Levelwear representatives
- Identify and acquire new accounts to drive business growth.
- Reestablish relationships with lost or inactive accounts
- Manage and maintain a designated portfolio of accounts.
- Explore and capitalize on opportunities to expand sales within the territory.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales performance targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate sales call log for the assigned territory.
- Handle account-related inquiries, including preparing quotes, custom catalogues, inventory checks, sample orders, order confirmations, and production updates.
- Demonstrate expertise in the product line, including decoration options and sales programs
- Deliver engaging presentations to clients.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives within assigned territories.
- Respond promptly to daily assigned leads and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties are not limited to the above and may be revised as deemed necessary by the North American Sales Coordinator from time to time
- Qualifications

- Industry Expertise: Golf industry experience and in-depth knowledge of apparel are essential.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Decision-Making: Strong practical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and all other Office applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
- Compensation

- Annual salary of $50-55K
- Bonus Program based on internal sales thresholds, execution and achievement
- Company Benefit Program once (3) month probation passed
