- Job Summary
- Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club is seeking the services of an Associate or an Assistant Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team for the 2026 season.
- Responsibilities
-
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
- Day to day operations of the pro shop; including booking tee times, checking in golfers, merchandise sales.
- Participate in the execution of successful golf tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Provide high-quality lessons and clinics to our members and public golfers while growing the game in our community.
- Develop and Lead our busy Junior Camp program throughout the summer months.
- Supervise all outside golf operations staff to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Responsible for opening/closing shifts in accordance with all operating procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and overall pro shop sales.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing manager for golf related advertising and promotions.
- Oversee tee-sheet management to maximize course use while maintaining pace of play and an efficient flow of the golf course.
- Enforce club policies and procedures to members and guests where necessary.
- Manage all pro shop operations in the absence of the Head Professional
- Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including excel and word.
- Tee-On experience is a benefit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
- PGA of Canada member preferred.
- Organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Strong inter-departmental communication and support.
- Compensation

- $800-1100 per week. Full-Time Seasonal position.
- An opportunity exists for the right candidate to work winter hours with our golf simulator.
