The golf operation is in search of a Lead Associate Professional for the 2025 season. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate that feels they are 2-3 years away from moving into a Head Professional role.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the success of the golf operations, and “be the face” of the department in the absence of the Head Professional.
- Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Head Professional in managing all aspects of the golf operation.
- Provide mentorship to apprentice professionals
- Accountable for all inventory related tasks including receiving, processing of special orders, monthly inventory counts.
- Prepare weekly schedule for pro shop staff
- Lead all major events at the club from registration set up, all the way to reconciling event budget following completion.
- Support fellow team members with execution of weekly leagues (Ladies Day, MAD League & Friday Game).
- Collaborate with golf professional team, including the Director of Instruction, to organize and facilitate golf camps and clinics.
- Oversee the outside service team while
- Provide lessons and club fitting upon request

- Previous experience in a private club an asset
- Expert knowledge of Jonas, Golf Genius and Trackman
- Compensation

- Starting salary ranges between $1,100 - $1,250 per week based on the experience of the candidate and how well they align with the role.

March 1st at the latest. There is potential to start earlier, working in the indoor simulator space.
Employment duration:
March 1st to mid-November, as pointed out above, this can increase based on the successful candidate’s availability throughout the off-season.
