- Job Summary
- Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Associate Golf Professional will play an integral role in providing our Members and their guests with the highest level of service. The Associate Golf Professional will oversee the daily operations of the Golf Shop, Member and guest services, and will also play a pivotal role in the organization and execution of all leagues and events. National Pines operates as a collaborative team environment, where every team member contributes to delivering exceptional golfing experiences. We support the personal and professional development of all our staff.
- Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing an exceptional golf experience to Members and their guests
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including tee-time reservations, merchandising/inventory control, and Member services
- Planning and promotion of club events, outside events, and leagues
- Supervising Golf Services team members
- Private lessons, clinics, and frequent play with Members
- Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- PGA of Canada Class 'A' Member in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of commitment and desire to grow as a Golf Professional
- Experience within a Private Golf Club setting
- Familiarity with Golf Genius Tournament and Jonas Software
- Compensation

- Salary: $1000–$1,250 weekly, based on credentials and experience
- Year-End Bonus: TBD
- Lesson Revenue: Retain 90% of revenue
