Job Summary

Reporting to the Head Professional, the Associate Golf Professional will play an integral role in providing our members and guests with the highest level of service. Magna Golf Club operates as a team environment, and as such, each team member will play a pivotal role in providing our members, their guests, and patrons of the club with an unparalleled experience. We fully support the personal and professional development of all our staff.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing an unparalleled level of customer service

• Day to day operations including tee-time reservations, merchandising, and member services

• Implementation and execution of club and outside events

• Supervision of the Golf Operations staff and Caddie program

• Assist with inventory management and purchasing

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• PGA of Canada Member in good standing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong desire to grow as a Golf Professional

• High level of commitment

• Experience within a Private Golf Club setting

• Knowledge of the Jonas point of sale system

• Familiarity with Golf Genius Tournament Software

Compensation

• Period of employment March – November

• Salary commensurate with experience

• Year-end bonus

• 100% of lesson revenue

Employment Duration
