Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Head Professional, this position offers an exceptional opportunity for long-term growth and success in the golf industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Professional team to deliver exceptional member events and league play.

• Provide high-quality golf instruction to members, including Juniors, utilizing Trackman launch monitor technology for individual lessons and club fittings.

• Perform general duties such as Pro Shop sales, opening or closing procedures, staff management (Outside Services), member relations, and proficiency in Club Unity booking software, Jonas point of sale, and Golf Genius inventory/scoring systems.

• Club repair and management of demo club inventory.

• Ensure compliance with club policies and regulations.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: $3300.00-$3700.00
