Pitt Meadows Golf Club is seeking the services of a Lead Associate Golf Professional for the remainder of the 2022 golf season and beyond. Pitt Meadows Golf Club is a member-owned, semi-private golf club with over 650 active members and is located 40 minutes east of downtown Vancouver.

- Our team is looking for someone who can provide superior customer service and maintain a high level of self motivation. He or she must be able to work in a high paced environment with a good understanding of what is required to work at a semi-private facility.
- Responsibilities

- Lead and organize the execution of club events and tournaments
- Operate the first tee efficiently and provide professional customer service to members and guests
- Assist with purchasing, promotions, sales, and managing inventory control processes
- Instruct golf lessons to variety of clientele and lead junior clinics/camps
- Assist with hiring and leading back shop staff to ensure proficient customer service
- Encouraged to play with membership
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Experience organizing and executing club events and tournaments
- Experience with inventory control, merchandise purchasing and sales
- Experience instructing various levels of golfers, private and group coaching
- Experience assisting with an active junior golf program
- Computer competency, Microsoft Word, Excel, Golf Genius, POS system knowledge
- Flexible regarding work schedule
- Compensation

- Salary range of $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience
- Retain 70%-90% of teaching revenue
