- We are looking for an Associate/Assistant Golf Professional who is committed to providing a great customer experience to our guests.
- Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
Assist with the day to day operations for the golf shop. This includes:
• Assist the Head Professional with inventory entry and controls
• Greet customers with a positive and encouraging attitude • Provide leadership in the golf shop
• Supervise the guest services and ambassador teams
• Golf shop sales
• Assist with the preparation and execution of tournaments and events
• Assist with the development and execution of our leagues
• Promote the Black Mountain Golf Club as Kelowna’s best and friendliest golf course
- Qualifications

About You
• You have 2 years experience working in a fast paced environment
• You have experience handling cash, managing inventory and product loss systems
• You have computer experience and the ability to learn new systems with ease
• You have retail operations experience
• You possess ambition and strong leadership skills
• Tournament and event management experience
• You have experience managing staff
• You are a PGA of Canada member in good standing.
- Compensation

This seasonal, full-time position reports to the Head Professional and will receive competitive compensation including:
• $3,200 - $4,200 monthly
