We are seeking a passionate and motivated PGA Associate Professional to join our team.
This individual will play a key role in creating, promoting, and delivering effective golf instruction programs for both local golfers and visiting tourists.
In addition to teaching, the Associate Professional will assist in managing day-to-day golf services and operations, ensuring members and guests receive the Troon Golf experience. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the opening team at a landmark new resort in Oman. For the right candidate, this role can develop into a Head Professional.
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (Operations & Instruction). Weekly hours will be split between Operations (20-25) and Instruction (15-20). Additional Instruction hours available.
- Responsibilities

- Develop, promote, and deliver private and group instruction programs for golfers of all skill levels.
- Grow the game of golf within the local Omani community.
- Drive lesson revenue through creative program offerings and guest engagement.
- Provide exceptional guest service while supporting daily golf operations.
- Represent LA VIE Club and Troon professionally at all times.
- Qualifications

- PGA Member in good standing.
- Strong passion for teaching and golf operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while taking initiative in driving business.
- International teaching or resort experience an asset.
- Compensation
- Salary: OMR 1100-1500/month plus instruction commission
