The successful applicant will join our PGA Professional Team while working hands-on alongside all club employees focused on providing the best resort golf experience possible.

- Job Summary
- The PGA Golf Professional is responsible for providing courteous and professional service to all resort guests and members at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club. The primary function is to work with and manage all aspects of the golf operations alongside the Director of Golf and Head Professional in a combined team effort with all employees. This is a “hands-on,” grass roots position covering all duties.
- Responsibilities

- Daily execution/management of the pro shop check-in function and monitoring of tee sheets.
- Assist the Professional Staff with staff training and evaluation of all employees.
- Assist with merchandising of inventory, cart fleet management, and club rental control.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities and duties of the golf operations staff.
- Management of pace of play and starting duties.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of member, charity, and resort events.
- Creation and execution of instructional programs, private lessons, group clinics.
- All other duties as assigned or required as this is a “hands-on,” grass roots position.
- Qualifications

- Must be a “Class A” PGA Member in good standing of a Recognized PGA Golf Association.
- Computer literate with experience in POS systems. (EZSuite & EZLinks preferred).
- Experience with Golf Genius an asset.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills possessing excellent communication skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of the game, rules of golf, golf operations, and tournament operations.
- Work effectively within a team management structure.
- International and/or Resort Golf experience preferred.
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
- Compensation
- Salary Range of $3,250 to $3,700 USD per month, percentage of lesson fees,
